This is what my fiancé James said to me 3 years ago when I had just quit my job and was toying with the idea of starting my own business but was also like the MOST negative and insecure person you’ll ever meet. .
These 6 thought patterns were literally on constant repeat, both in my head and showing up in my actions.
I was so scared of everything… so scared of stepping up, believing in myself, dreaming bigger and trying to make those dreams come true.
It’s taken years, but today I pay a heck of a lot more attention to what I say to myself as opposed to what others say to me.
