LOWER BACK PAIN WHEN STANDING? - Do you get back pain when standing for too long or doing lots of housework or when training at the gym? Might be because you are firing up a lot of your lower extensor muscles which can cause some discomfort in your lower back and near your tailbone. If this is you, read below! - It is quite common to see people in extended postures seen with anteriorly tilted pelvic positions and flared ribcage (open scissor), while this is nothing to be worried about, it is important to understand how to move away from this position when exercising or standing for long periods of time where this pain may flare up. - The solution is a few drills that drive posterior pelvic tilt, optimal ribcage:pelvis positioning, neutral spinal positioning and breathing and PRI mechanics which I have learnt all from @melbournestrengthculture . These drills reduce extensor tone and promote a more flexed position which allows the abdominal muscles to work optimally, optimally position the diaphragm to function and drive parasympathetic tone which may mitigate any lower back pain experienced. - 1. 9090 Hip Lift 2. Comme vous le savez nous sommes principalement constitutés d'eau. ⁠🚰🧬⠀ ⁠⠀ Il est donc essentiel pour nous de rééquilibrer la balance durant nos efforts phyisiques.
