😔Cannot remember the last time I felt this sore. I’m walking like I have a pole up my butt I struggle to sit down. Every step is an effort. I know I’ve pushed myself hard over the past 2 days ...but this is ridiculous.. I haven’t really changed my program I’m eating really well! But what I’m NOT doing is sleeping well!😴 My sleep over the past 2 weeks has been absolutely crap! I’d be lucky to be getting 4/5 hrs a night 🤦‍♀️ And this is why I guarantee I’m so sore... Sleep is needed for recovery. It’s so important. This is one thing I force onto my clients.. Sleep is king Get to bed earlier Put your phone down! The fact is I’m doing all that but ... But... I’ve got myself into such a bad habit with anxiety at night that know I’m going to have to start back at the beginning! I lie there unable to sleep and thinking about what might or might not happen... Don’t get me wrong It’s ok to be sore.. But I just feel my recovery is up shit atm! If your tired Sore Not hungry Then this could be due to not sleeping properly!! I got 5/6 hrs last night so let’s hope it will get better from now on! Set yourself a routine for bed... the same as you do a routine in the morning!
