The first variation is obviously the hardest. The following are progressions. - Note: If you cannot hold the first progression for 10-20 seconds, refer to my future videos for easier ones. - Whenever we train for strength, getting enough volume is key. With these core exercises, I suggest a variation in which you can perform at least 5 repetitions without going to failure, as we are dealing with short range motions; meaning less time under tension per individual rep. Isometric holds should last 10-20 seconds per set. - Ideal workouts should include 20-30 reps per strength exercise, and 1-2 minute total time for isometric holds. Adjust the sets accordingly. - Aim for a total of 60-100 repetitions of the dynamic variation that you are training with, and 4-7 minutes of the isometric holds, weekly, for best results.
